1 Introduction & Agreement

• If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.

• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the time of confirmation are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ek11:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Betting using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to guarantee profits.
• Accessing or operating another user's account.
• Use of a false identity or forged documents.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ek11 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Account verification failed.
• Remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of up to ৳100 per month may be charged after 12 months of inactivity, until the balance reaches zero.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting is automatically suspended once losses exceed a specified amount.

• Self-Exclusion: Long-term betting suspension (from 6 months to permanent).
